The studio is on the top floor of a small building consisting of four apartments. It has a great, bright and spacious terrace with an unobstructed view of the valley and the surrounding hills. The famous sandy beach, a few minutes away on foot, makes this town famous. You can also swim in the fresh water of the river that crosses the valley.

There are several restaurants within a radius of 1500 meters from the residence, as well as all facilities, not to mention Bastia only two miles away.

The studio is ideal for seasonal rental during the weeks you are not staying there yourself.

Another advantage of Pietracorbara is not least how easy it is to get there: Bastia airport is not far away, as well as with the Italian ports and the continent by boat from many cities, for example Nice with three weekly departures to Bastia.

You will have private access to a garden of approx. 45 m2, in addition to the common area and of course the terrace of approx. 10 m2. Private parking is included.
