Located in a residential area characterized by the presence of a remarkable landscaped environment, the project takes into account and enhances the landscaped context of the site. The program on the scale of the neighborhood, fits into a green setting between two quiet streets of the northern district of Mauguio. The strength of the project lies in its adaptation to the site and its harmonious integration into an already consolidated neighborhood. The shape of the plot and the landscaped context were the elements of inspiration for the architectural design favoring the creation of large spaces of conviviality while preserving the remarkable trees of the site. Thus the volumes, on the scale of the individual habitat, are organized around these spaces favoring the best sunshine and promoting the enhancement of the gardens.
