The ground floor features a large living room partly lounge with fireplace, partly dining room leading to a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartments, 5-burner gas stove with large oven, microwave, dishwasher, household appliances), a bedroom (2 single beds or 1 king-size bed) with French window onto the garden, a toilet and a shower room with washing machine.
Upstairs there is a large sitting room with a table for those who are teleworking or want to read or write comfortably away, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds or 1 king-size bed) with air-conditioning, a toilet and a shower room. 
On the terrace shaded by a trellis and a large plane tree are outdoor sofas and armchairs, a table and chairs, a gas barbecue.
The elegant little pool is perfect for cooling off and the deckchairs and sun loungers for lazing in the sun or in the shade.
The ground floor can be rented for 2 people only, or the entire house for families and several couples: different rates apply.
This house offers the peace and quiet of the countryside, but is also within easy reach of the main roads leading to the different festivals of Aix-en-Provence, La Roque d'Antheron or Avignon, and the villages of the Alpilles and the Luberon.
