On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to a clever mini-laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry bins and large cupboard, an enclosed storage area with practical shelving for suitcases and groceries, a toilet, a bedroom (queen-size bed) with en suite shower room (walk-in shower and washbasin) and French windows giving direct access to the outside, then a living room with sofas and kitchenette (oven, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine). This living room opens out onto the covered terrace on the garden level, where you can enjoy lunch in the shade or cook on the electric griddle and gas barbecue.
The staircase leads upstairs to a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, multi-function food processor, etc.) leading onto the suspended terrace with its exceptional view of the Calans des Alpilles. Also on the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed, a family bathroom (bath, double washbasin), a toilet and the master bedroom (queen-size bed), which is accessed via a large dressing room and has its own private shower room (walk-in shower and double washbasin).
The 600 m² grounds feature a garden with an 8 x 4 m swimming pool secured by rolling shutter, and parking for 4 cars.
