On the heights of Eyragues, a pretty Provencal village close to the Alpilles and Avignon, this house invites you to relax: soft colours, cosy sofas and armchairs, attention to detail, everything you need to indulge your senses!
The entrance hall leads on one side to a large 61m2 living room with TV, a large 48m2 dining room with open-plan kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer...). On the other side of the entrance are the 4 bedrooms, all with queen-size beds and en suite shower rooms (walk-in shower, vanity unit, WC). Opposite the entrance is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a guest toilet, and a shower room (walk-in shower and vanity unit) available for the last bedroom in the attic, which children will love (2 single beds).
Outside, a large veranda hosts tables for family and friends to enjoy meals in the shade. The barbecue is not far away: you can prepare the grills while enjoying an drink under the pool-house, all white-painted wood, with its outdoor seating area, table and fridge to cool the local rosé wine. Sun loungers and parasols surround the 5 x 10 m pool, which is protected by an underwater alarm.
The 10,000m2 grounds are planted with olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, and there is a table tennis table for the more sporty guests.
