When you enter this spacious village house, you'll see that the interior is tastefully and stylishly decorated. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/showers.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a dining area. From the living room, you can access the fully furnished and equipped kitchen, the swimming pool with its terraces, and the pool house. The pool measures 11 x 5 meters, which is exceptionally large for a pool in the middle of the village. 

At the pool house, there is an outdoor dining area, a BBQ, and a lounge area. Inside the pool house is a double bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom, including a shower and toilet.

On the 1st floor of the main house, there are 2 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a toilet, while the other has a shower room next to the bedroom and a separate toilet.

A staircase leads to the 2nd and top floor, where there is another lounge/living room opening onto a terrace, from which you have a beautiful view of the pool, the village, and the surrounding hills!

There is a garage around the corner from the house, but since this is the old and authentic part of the village, it is suitable for smaller cars such as a Mini, bicycles, and/or motorcycles. The charm of this typical natural stone house with a pool will surely surprise you!

The charming village of La Garde-Freinet, with its twice-weekly market, many restaurants, and art galleries, is located in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, just 20 minutes from the sea and its beaches. There is free parking throughout the village.
