Located in the pretty village of Maussane, this 1920s house is within walking distance of the centre and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. 
Step in through the porch with an outdoor table: to the right of the entrance is an equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, multi-function microwave oven, dishwasher and small household appliances) and to the left is a living room with a fireplace with insert, a sofa facing two big armchairs, a convenient desk for teleworkers. Close to the living room, a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (140 cm bed) equipped with a clothes rack and a chest of drawers and an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower with seat, vanity unit and WC).
Heading upstairs you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a clothes rack, a small cabinet, and after 5 additional steps, a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a large wardrobe, a cupboard, a separate toilet and an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower and vanity unit).
Outside, a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, an additional refrigerator with freezer compartment, storage and electric meters.
In the garden west of the house are the 7m x 3.5m swimming pool heated on request (€150/week) and secured by a submerged alarm, a technical room, some deck chairs and loungers and a pergola where you can laze in the shade.
Families with a young child will find a baby bed, a high chair and a baby bath.
Wi-Fi - Household linen including sheets and bathroom towels are provided for the stay.
