This is a large authentic "mas" (Provencal farmhouse) whose majestic plane trees have shaded many family meals! The entrance distributes on the left a large living room with an imposing fireplace, and, on the right, the kitchen which has kept its "potager", the place where stews and "tians" were simmering. The dining room continues the kitchen and gives access to a powder-room, then to the bedroom on the ground floor with TV and en suite shower room.
The old stone staircase which has kept the footprints of its occupants leads to a beautiful landing fitted out as an office/library, the perfect place for teleworking. On one side of the landing, a double bedroom (queen-size bed) shares a bathroom (shower, basin, WC) with the other double bedroom (2 single beds or 1 king-size bed). On the other side of the landing, a toilet with washbasin, a children's bedroom (2x70 cm beds), a master bedroom (king-size bed), a family bathroom (bath, washbasin). All the upstairs bedrooms have air-conditioning and a TV.
The 15 x 7 m swimming pool, heated on demand, is secured by a swimming pool cover. Large grounds surround the swimming pool. A poolside covered terrace with an outdoor shower, a sink and a fridge to chill afternoon drinks.
On the terrace in front of the mas, a large table, a barbecue and an electric plancha to honour the tradition of convivial meals.
At the back of the farmhouse, the caretaker's house ; you will hardly notice his presence, but he watches over the beauty of the flowers and the cleanliness of the swimming pool.
