Located within walking distance of the center of Eygalieres, this contemporary, fully air-conditioned 200 sm contemporary house is the perfect place for holidays with family or friends.

On the ground floor, guest toilets, a first double bedroom with shower and vanity, a large living room with a table for 10 people, 2 sofas facing the fireplace and the television, a fully equipped semi-open kitchen (3-burner gas hob plus 1 electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee makers, etc.), a scullery with large American fridge, washer and dryer and a master suite with dressing room and shower-room (walk-in shower, double sink, toilet).

Upstairs, a double bedroom, a shower room (shower, vanity, toilet), two other double bedrooms sharing a family shower room (walk-in shower, vanity, toilet).

Outside, the 11 x 4 m heated swimming pool is secured by an automatic cover. Large terraces surround it, a pergola provides shade, a covered terrace shelters the summer kitchen/dining room with sink, refrigerator, gas barbecue, tables and chairs. 
In the evening, the petanque ground brings you together for a few lively games while supporters sip a local rosé. Grilled meats, scented with thyme and rosemary picked from the garrigue, give off delicious aromas. The Alpilles mountains in the background are bathed in warm colours, the stubborn cicadas are singing long after the sunset. You look up to admire the twinkling stars and you sigh with relief: you really are in a good place...
