Covering 210 sq. m, the ground floor comprises an entrance hall with cloakroom and toilet, a large living room with fireplace and television opening onto the garden through French windows, a dining room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen (large fridge and freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) opening onto the garden and a covered terrace with table, chairs and plancha, a pantry and a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities).
Also, on the ground floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms overlooking the garden: one with a queen-size bed, en-suite shower room (double washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet) and dressing room, and the other with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room (double washbasin, walk-in shower, separate toilet) and dressing room.
The first floor comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 single beds or 1 king-size, a bathroom with twin basins and a bath, and a separate WC.
In the 1,850 sq. m enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers, a 31 sq. m "mazet" offering a fifth bedroom with a king-size bed, a television, a dressing room and a shower room (double washbasin, walk-in shower and separate toilet), a pool-house with outdoor lounge and toilet and a 4.5 x 12 m swimming pool secured by an automatic shutter and heated from April to October. Outside these periods, heating will be charged at €700 per week.
