The entrance hall leads to a 45 m² air-conditioned living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, wine cellar, SMEG cooker with large oven and 5-burner induction hob, domestic appliances, etc.), dining room and lounge with fireplace and TV. This large living room opens to the west and to the south onto the terrace shaded by a trellis with a family table and sofas.
On the ground floor, you will also find a first air-conditioned bedroom (queen-size bed) with separate toilet and bathroom (bath and vanity unit), a second air-conditioned bedroom (king-size bed) with walk-in dressing room and en suite shower room (walk-in shower and vanity unit) and a laundry/boiler room (washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, sink, water softener and ice maker).
Upstairs, there is a toilet, a third air-conditioned bedroom (king-size bed) with connected TV, en suite shower room (walk-in shower and vanity unit) and a small balcony with views to the west, and finally a fourth air-conditioned bedroom (king-size bed) with en suite shower room (walk-in shower and vanity unit). 
Outside, you will find an 8 m x 4 m swimming pool secured by perimeter alarms, and sun loungers for lazing around, a bathroom, a large patch of lawn and trees for the shade to the south, a boules pitch (petanque) to the west, a charcoal BBQ, pizza oven, a table and seats to the north, the perfect place to sip a drink al fresco.
