Located at walking distance to Eygalieres, a nice village nestling at the foot of the Alpilles, this contemporary mas (Provencal farmhouse) is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The entrance hall leads to a large 80 sq. m reception room, partly a large fitted kitchen opening onto a patio and a covered south-facing terrace, partly a dining room and a bright living room with fireplace.  Also on the ground floor, a washroom, a first double bedroom (queen size bed) with en-suite bathroom (bath, walk-in shower and toilets), a second double bedroom (2 singles or 1 king-size) with en-suite shower room, a laundry (washer, dryer, ironing board). From the entrance hall, an elegant stone staircase leads to 2 other double bedrooms (queen-size beds), each with an en-suite shower room and another double bedroom (2 singles or 1 king-size one) with a full shower room on the landing.
On the 3,200 sq. m grounds with flower beds, different spots where to read, play or sit quietly, a large covered terrace with outdoor sofas, table and chairs and a pizza oven, a charcoal barbecue, an 11 x 4.5 m pool secured by automatic cover and heated upon demand, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a shaded pergola. Parking at the back of the house, boules court, ping-pong table.
3 hours of cleaning with linen change on Fridays included for multiple-week stays.
Table linen, bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for the stay.
