This beautiful mas (Provencal farmhouse) knows how to handle the paradox: how can such simplicity conceal such richness, so much modernity offer so much tradition? Restored with respect for its original materials, the farmhouse has been redistributed and fitted out to provide nowadays comfort. A wide entrance leads on one side to a large living room opening onto the east and south terraces, and on the other side to a dining room which communicates with an ultra-modern kitchen. A first bedroom on the ground floor (queen-size bed) with en-suite shower-room (walk-in shower, double sink, WC) enjoys an intimate terrace. The upstairs landing is fitted out for teleworking and leads to the second bedroom (queen-size bed) with en-suite shower-room, the third and the fourth bedrooms (both with 2 single beds or 1 king-size), the bathroom and a large family bathroom (bath and double basin). The fifth bedroom (2 single beds or 1 king-size) has its own bathroom (bath, washbasin and WC). All bedrooms are air-conditioned for peaceful nights during hot summer months.
Outside, the 2-hectare land with olive-grove and Mediterranean garden offers a dominant view of the Alpilles. The south and east terraces are equipped with tables, chairs and outdoor lounge. The 12 x 5 m swimming pool, heated on demand, is close to a large covered terrace with summer kitchen, sofas and BBQ. Under the shade cloth, the table is big enough to accommodate large parties. The boules court faces the olive grove, the ping-pong table is shaded by tall trees. This is a mas where you will definitely want to come back!
